WALT: We are learning about the changes in matter.
What ingredients did we need to make mousse?milk electric mixer measuring jug cups spoons
What happened when we added the ingredients?
When we put the powder into the milk it sat on the top. We had to stir it fast to make it dissolve. As we were stirring bubbles appeared on the top and it turned into a solid.
What did we learn? We learnt about the mousse and we used the electric mixer to mix it to be solid powder into a liquid.we learnt it cannot be changed back into a liquid again.
